1. These terms

By accessing or ordering from y2slay.net you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products, colour, and availability

We work hard to represent our products accurately, but screen calibration varies and colour may differ slightly from the images shown. Product descriptions, sizing guidance, and availability are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed to be error-free.

All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and errors

All prices are in USD and exclude shipping and applicable taxes unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel any order placed at an incorrectly listed price, with a full refund.

5. Orders and cancellation

Receiving an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud or where stock is unavailable. If we cancel, you'll be refunded in full.

To cancel an order yourself, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After that it may already be in fulfilment.

6. Sizing

Most Y2SLAY footwear is listed in EU sizing. Branded sneakers use the manufacturer's own sizing, noted on the product page. Sizing guidance is our best estimate and is not a guarantee of fit. Fit-related returns fall under our Refund and Return Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, including text, images, product copy, and branding, is the property of Y2SLAY or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party brand names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. We make no claim to them and are not an authorised dealer unless explicitly stated on the product page.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use this site to break the law, scrape or reverse-engineer it, resell our content, or interfere with its operation or security.

9. Third-party links

Our site may link to third-party sites. We don't control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Y2SLAY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the site means you accept the revised terms.
