Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, and peak periods can extend them.
- United States: 5-12 business days after processing
- International: 10-25 business days after processing
Shipping costs
Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Multiple shipments
Y2SLAY pieces are sourced from several partner suppliers. An order containing more than one item may arrive in separate parcels on different days, at no extra cost to you. You'll receive tracking for each parcel.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 24-72 hours to show movement after it's issued.
Customs, duties, and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.
Incorrect addresses
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is incorrect, contact us immediately at yassifer@y2slay.net. Once an order has shipped we cannot redirect it.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
